Warranty Policy


Warranty Effective Date: Upon customer receipt of goods

1. General 12-Month Limited Warranty

PetDance offers a 12-month limited warranty for all original pet accessory products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date when you physically receive your order.

This warranty covers qualified replacement of defective parts caused by factory production issues within the valid period.

Please keep your original proof of purchase & order number for all warranty claim verification.

2. Waterproof & Usage Coverage Exclusion

  • Normal daily splash resistance & light rainy environment use is covered under warranty.
  • The warranty does NOT apply if products are soaked in water, exposed to heavy rain for a long time, or used beyond official waterproof limits. Improper water damage will void warranty validity.
  • Theft, loss, or man-made missing of products is not covered by this warranty.

3. Wearable & Consumable Parts Warranty Period

Consumable & easily worn components enjoy shorter targeted warranty protection under normal household use only:
  1. Reinforced fabric / cushion padding: 6 months warranty for splitting, degumming & factory stitching failure
  2. Plastic buckles & fixed fasteners: 6 months warranty for non-external force fracture quality issues
  3. Zippers & slide rails: 6 months warranty for jamming & functional failure under normal use
  4. Velcro adhesive strips: 3 months warranty for degumming & failure of adhesion performance
  5. Rubber non-slip bottom & edge wrapping: 3 months warranty for cracking & deformation from factory defects
All cosmetic scratches, daily normal wear & dirt contamination are excluded from warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Invalid Conditions (No Free Repair / Replacement)

  • Beyond official warranty time limit; unable to provide valid order proof & purchase records
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, extrusion, collision, or pet destructive biting abuse
  • Products washed with high-temperature water, chemical corrosive detergent leading to material aging & damage
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, cutting, or self-repair of product structure
  • Clear signs of man-made damage, accident damage, intentional destruction
  • Clearance sale goods, customized personalized exclusive products & separately sold small accessories
  • Used, soiled, stained, hair-contaminated products affecting secondary sales & hygiene safety standards

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Prepare your order number, purchase proof, clear photos/videos of defective position

  3. We will verify your case within 1–3 working days; qualified warranty cases offer free replacement or targeted after-sales solution guidance.
