1. Prices for our textile products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website, and any exchange rate fluctuations or local tax adjustments shall be borne by the user.

3. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including but not limited to your full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 2. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
3. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

2. You expressly agree to release Shenzhen Tianbao Trading Co., Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employees, partners and licensors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with your use of the PetDance website, content, services or products, and promise not to sue the Released Parties for any claims, actions, injuries, damages, or losses associated with such use. You also agree that in no event shall the Released Parties be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use or misuse of the services, (b) your use or misuse of our textile products, (c) your dealings with third-party service providers or advertisers available through the services, (d) any delay or inability to use the services experienced by you, or (e) any information, software, products, services or content obtained through the services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.
