Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange for eligible pet travel & car accessories.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled, with all original tags, labels, and intact factory packaging.
  • No visible stains, scratches, pet hair, odor, or damage caused by improper use.
  • Proof of order / purchase confirmation is required for all return requests.
  • For hygiene protection: directly pet-contact covers & pads that have been used or opened for long-term use are non‑refundable for health safety reasons .

3. Quality Issues & Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items due to our warehouse or shipping errors:
  • Provide clear photos / videos of packaging exterior, product defects, and shipping labels.
  • We offer free replacement or full refund without return shipping cost .
  • In severe cases, we may approve refund first without returning faulty goods to save your time.

4. Standard Return Shipping Fee

  • Customer remorse returns (size mismatch, color preference change): customer covers return shipping fees.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund if prepaid labels are issued.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email / support message with your order number & reason.
  2. Wait for official Return Authorization (RA) number — do not send items without RA.
  3. Pack securely with original box & tags attached.
  4. Send tracking number to us after shipment drop-off.

6. Refund Processing & PayPal Only

  • We only accept payment via PayPal, and all refunds will be processed original way back to your PayPal account .
  • After we receive & inspect returned goods, please allow 3–7 business days for PayPal to complete the fund reversal.
  • PayPal buyer protection rules apply to all qualified transactions for extra security.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Beyond 30-day return period.
  • Used, washed, stained, deformed, or strong odor on pet-contact products.
  • Custom personalized orders / clearance final sale items.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, abuse, or accidental collision after delivery.
